Job Description Job Description Salary: $22 - $23 per hour DOE Assured Management, Inc. (AMI) has an immediate opening for a full-time Associate Community Manager. This position will be onsite at a community in the Aubrey area. Regular duties include assisting the Community Manager with all aspects of property management related duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Processing and merging letters to homeowners Communicating with homeowners, board members and vendors via phone and email, Calendar organization and scheduling Performing website updates Greeting and assisting homeowners and guests visiting amenity center The applicant must have strong communication and organizational skills, and a moderate degree of technical expertise, with the ability to learn a variety of software programs. The position requires a pro-active, self-motivated and self-disciplined individual. An understanding of homeowner association governing documents, and prior HOA management experience is strongly desired. Required Qualifications Customer service experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt and learn quickly Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Ability to work independently, and also in a team environment Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic devices such as iPad Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Desired Qualifications Detail oriented; well organized Excellent time management Ability to prioritize Excellent verbal and written skills Must represent the organization in a positive and professional manner Able to work with a diverse group of people This job description does not list all the duties of the job.
