other thrive. About the Role: Dealer Merchant Services is seeking
an Operations Administrator to support daily office operations and
production workflows. This role focuses on organization,
documentation, coordination, and administrative support to help
ensure work moves smoothly and accurately through the pipeline. The
Operations Administrator works closely with the Director of Launch
and Operations and Operations Team to keep tasks organized,
information up to date, and processes running efficiently. Training
will be provided, and prior experience in payments or financial
technology is not required. Responsibilities: Operational Support
Assist with daily and weekly operational tasks and assignments.
Help keep workflows organized and on schedule. Track progress of
ongoing work and follow up on open items. Support the Operations
Team with tracking of shipped devices. Help maintain a structured,
well-organized work environment. Documentation & Accuracy Maintain
accurate records in shared documents and spreadsheets. Enter,
review, and update information as needed. Ensure documentation is
complete, organized, and easy to reference. Support consistency and
accuracy across internal records. What Success Looks Like: As an
Operations Administrator, success means being organized,
dependable, and consistent. Tasks are completed on time and tracked
properly. Documentation is accurate and kept up to date. The office
runs smoothly with fewer follow-ups needed. The Operations Team can
rely on you for daily support and coordination. Team members have
the information they need to do their work efficiently. Candidate
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong
organization and time-management skills. Attention to detail and
accuracy. Clear communication and a positive, professional
attitude. Willingness to learn and follow established processes.
