Job Description:

& Business Development department. As an SDR Team Lead, you will
play a pivotal role in managing and guiding our Sales Development
Representatives to achieve their targets and drive business growth.
You will be responsible for mentoring the team, setting strategic
goals, and coordinating with the sales department to ensure
seamless integration of prospects into the sales pipeline. The
ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep
understanding of the sales process, and the ability to inspire a
