Job Description Job Description We are seeking an additional Estimator to join our team! Your primary duty will be to create window and door quotes based on architectural plans. You will work with salespeople, the service team, and the delivery team to help assist customers with questions and concerns throughout their project. We are a Window and Door Supplier distributor focused on the North Texas high end residential market. The position is full time in person in Richardson, TX. ?Responsibilities: Create window quotes using online platforms (web based and application based) from architectural plans and jobsite measurements Answer customer emails about plan revisions, products, services, delivery dates, and project updates on jobs that you're assigned Track customer concerns and issues until resolution Work with internal teams, external vendors, and builders/ customers to help resolve issues Follow-up with customers in a timely and professional manner ? Qualifications: Experience with window products, window companies, door companies, glass companies, or other related construction material companies Ability to handle many projects simultaneously Can communicate by phone and email effectively Detail-oriented Bonus: Experience building window & door quotes for a building materials dealer/ distributor Company Description National Window & Door Source is a window distributor in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area specializing in high end custom windows and doors.
