Responsibilities:
--- All you have to do is sell
--- Pick up the checks from the homeowners.
--- Develop great relationships with homeowners/building owners.
--- Thinking outside the box will help multiply your success.
--- Communicate effectively with customers and potential customers so that they know that we do what we say we're going to do.
--- Inspect roofs so that we can determine if there's enough damage to file an insurance claim.
--- No project management at all. Being there on the day the job is going on is a great way to get the neighbors.
--- If you want to excel at solar, you can either just refer prospects, or sell them.
--- In solar, you'll get the homeowner's electric bill so we can put together a proposal.
--- You can be involved in solar just a little or alot, depending on how much money you want to make.

Qualifications:
--- Be coachable and willing to learn
--- A strong work ethic is necessary
--- Previous experience is not necessary
--- Clear and effective communication is a must
--- You must be the person who works when nobody is looking
--- You have to be motivated and have a high drive to want to succeed.
