• Pursue new client and prospect opportunities in Commercial Lines insurance.
• Building relationships and brand recognition for Brown & Brown in the North TX region.
• Networking with other sales, financial, legal, and HR professionals.
• Bringing new client opportunities to closure.
• Maintaining client relationships for account renewals and continuous growth.
• Perform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:
  • 3 Years Commercial Insurance Sales, and/or related experience
  • Active TX P&C License
  • Currently networked and familiar with the Dallas/Ft. Worth area
  • Entrepreneurial and driven individual that's motivated to build a book of business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and a proactive approach to meeting client needs.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • AMS360 experience / ImageRight preferred What we offer:
