Description:SummaryResponsible for working closely with all
areas of our organization to help customers worldwide. Sales
Operations Administrator is a demanding role that is fast paced,
requires attention to detail, proactive behavior, and a
professional demeanor. Focuses on building strong relationships
with our customers, suppliers, and all internal teams that are
critical in helping our customers achieve their quarterly and
annual goals.Essential functionsQuote generation, maintaining
quotes, coordination and validation of dataOrder entry, Order
maintenance, coordination with Supply Chain and SalesBacklog
maintenance and Backlog review for assigned CustomersRespond and
follow up to specific customer's inquiriesSupport sales, management
and partners in onboarding customersAssist Sales by providing
information and analysis needed to complete quoting processCreating
and maintaining customers in ERP and internal databaseInteract with
customers, sales, finance, management, and other internal personnel
as requiredDemonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency
on our customers' behalf, anticipating our customers' requirements
and communicates efforts in a timely and effective
mannerProactively builds trusting internal and external
relationships. Can effectively communicate within all levels with
the company, the customer, and vendorPlay the project manager role
for sales operations project as needed: BOM management, ECO,
Deviations, MCOAssistance in internal operations issuesProactively
aiding the team when the business requires additional
resourcesRequirements:Preferred education and experienceExperience
in similar role (inside sales, customer service)Familiarity with
CRM toolsExperience with at least 1 ERP/MRP systemAt least one (1)
year of SAP experience, preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables)Detail oriented, quick
learner, good communicator, and takes instructions wellAmbitious,
