Job Description:
A Director of Sales at LeadsOnline is a Senior level role
reporting to the COO. They will have experience as an individual
contributor and people leader in SaaS or B2B Sales companies. Their
primary responsibilities will be to mentor, coach, and train new
and existing AEs while driving the team to meet and exceed ARR

join our team.Role and responsibilities:LeadsOnline exists to
advance cases, careers, causes, and compliance with its unique
data, well-designed technology, and exceptional teamwork. We do
this through our principles of service, energy, diligence, and
persistence. As a Director of Sales, your primary responsibilities
will be to mentor, coach, and train new and existing AEs while
driving the team to meet and exceed ARR goals.The Sales Director
will: -Coach all new AEs by shadowing their training, listening to
calls, feedback sessions and 1:1s. - Define activity goals that
drive sales and manage team to daily, weekly, monthly attainment
-Travel periodically to trade shows and tactically to client
locations as is effective to deliver results. -Identify and
incorporate strategies and tactics to make our AEs more efficient
and effective in their roles. -Help create and plan regular sales
training workshops and development plans with the COO and People
Operations Manager to ensure ongoing training and career
development for all AEs. -Provide all AEs with the training,
coaching, and structure to successfully deliver company and product
ARR objectives. -Serve as the Hiring Manager to recruit, evaluate
and select top talent to join our sales teams.Who you are:You are

teams that sell in a B2B or SaaS environment. You and your team
always meet or exceed sales goals. Experience working
cross-functionally with stakeholders outside of your immediate
team. You take pride and ownership over all aspects of your people,
product, and process. You have excellent written and verbal
communication skills and can effectively communicate via
PowerPoint, email, virtual or in person meetings. You have no
problem speaking with, presenting to, or building rapport with
Executives, and other relevant stakeholders. You want a tenured,

way.This might be you if you have SOME of the following:10 years of
sales experience. Your experience may look like: -5+ years'
experience as an individual contributor in a SaaS or B2 company
where you consistently exceeded targets. -3+ years of people
leadership in sales roles where your team had a track record of
winning and reputation for its high performance culture. -Recent
graduate from a full-time MBA program with prior experience in
