has been done for you, so your focus is on the up-sell.Other sales
roles give you junk leads, or tell to do all your own lead
generation as well as complete the whole sales cycle, or give the
same leads to the whole sales team.Not us. We have a world class
marketing team that produces thousands of new customers per day.
These customers come to our sales team from multiple online
marketing campaigns where they purchase a wide variety of products
and services and are looking to purchase more. You will never be
camping on old leads or hitting the same leads over and over all
day long. You will have fresh customers every day and will be able
to choose your own leads. Our sales cycle is very short - one call
and close.The WorkYou'll be
- Calling our customers who have already purchased products and
helping them solve their problems by offering a tailored solution
of dietary supplements and information
- Focused on up-selling based on the products and personal needs
that influenced them to initially purchase our products online
- Accessing more than 20 products to create a detailed game plan
to fit the personal needs of your customers
- Listening to our customers to provide personal one-to-one
feedback and solutions that fit our individual customers' needs -
not just random product "one-size-fits-all" solutions like so many
other companies offer
- Using our custom in-house world class CRM to work through your
daily leads, and access any appointments or repeat customers in
your schedule
- Using a VOiP phone system that is synced to the CRM, which
allows you to get a high pickup rate due to its integration to the
CRM and local area codes to the customers
- Upselling and processing the transaction while the CRM does the
rest - this allows you to focus on sales and the customers and
spend more of your time sellingWhat A Typical Day Looks Like
- Start time: 9am
- Daily Training: 9 - 9:30
- Outbound Calls: 9:30 - 1pm (30 - 50 dials)
- Lunch: 1pm - 2pm
- Outbound Calls: 2 - 6pm (30 - 50 dials)Daily goal is $1,000 +
in sales
- Our average sale is $245
- Our average Inside Sales Account Executive makes 4 - 6 sales
per day
- Our average call is 12 minutesCompensation
- $17.30 per hour while in training
- Inside Sales Account Executives will be paid the greater of
their base pay or their earned sales commission; our average Inside
Sales Account Executive completes $1,200 - $1,500 in sales per
dayYou Must Have
- Fast Internet Connection - minimum of 100Mbps Upload plus
100Mbps of upload speed to perform at required quality with the
demands of the VoIP and CRM systemsPreferred Qualifications (These
are preferred, but not all are required. We strongly urge you to

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to communicate concisely, clearly, and effectively

- Experience: at least 1 year of B2C sales experience
required
- Demonstrated sales success speaking on the phone with
customers
- Experience in the Health and Fitness market segment
- Knowledge or use of dietary supplements is a plusWhy Be
