Purpose and Objectives:

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Process Consultant with focus on C4C to perform work remotely and various client sites nationwide to and deliver product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams in sub projects, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems of moderate level of complexity.

Expectations and Tasks:

Responsible for delivery outcomes of assigned sub projects and work independently within given area of responsibility. Provide leadership, direction and consultative advice regarding C4C best practice; lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, devices, and brands. Ability to present design approach to a non-design audience (business, product, and technology teams). Identify future opportunities, working as a key thought partner to your counterparts in services, partner ecosystem, and the client. Understand SAP products and technologies to communicate to stakeholders. Keep check of design trends for different platforms.

Summary of Job:

The successful candidate will have a North American role, assigned to the SAP CX NA Field Services Leader - this role will be assigned to client engagements and will primarily focus on the consultation and delivery of SAP Sales & Service Cloud functionality.

What you'll do:

* Hands-on experience in design, build, test and deployment of SAP Sales & Service Cloud (Cloud for Customer C4C) and lead-to-opportunity/customer service business process solutions
* Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out SAP Lead to Opportunity and Customer Service offerings powered by SAP C4C
* Proficient in C4C process configurations, offline configurations, code list mappings, Key User Tool and UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles)
* Experience working with other CRM technologies with a good functional knowledge of Sales and Service processes
* Experience in C4C In-App and side by side extension using BTP Extension framework
* Experience in Cloud integration with C4C and ECC/S4HANA
* Lead to Cash business use case implementation experience
* Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust as key advisors
* Ability to do fit-gap analysis on business requirements related to sales and service areas
* Make the business case for the SAP C4C (Sales & Service) technology solution recommended to the client
* Ability to extend the architecture with customizations, extensions and partner ecosystem applications (e.g., MindTouch, SAP Contact Center)
* Knowledge of S4HANA/ECC will be preferred

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum 1 full life cycle of C4C Sales and Service implementation
* Minimum of 2 years' experience with configuring SAP C4C Sales & Service process solutions
* Prior experience as a team member of a CRM software related successful project implementation

Bonus Points If:

* You've earned SAP C4C Certification
* Experience with configuring C4C web services and integration. Setting up code list mapping
* You have other SAP CX or SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC experience

Education Requirements:

* Degree in computer science, design, or related field.
