Inside Sales Representative is responsible for strengthening
existing customer relationships by making outbound calls and emails
to identify further opportunities within an assigned territory.
This position will be based in Biamp's Waltham, MA location.
Essential Functions:
- Achieve sales growth targets within a predefined territory of
current and new Biamp customers.
- Proactively utilize phone, email, web-based video
communications, and social media to identify and nurture sales
opportunities.
- Conduct presentations on products, systems technology, and
supporting services and business initiatives using
videoconferencing and webinar tools.
- Effectively utilize CRM tools, marketing campaigns and other
support resources to organize information, create personal sales
initiatives, and track progress to goals.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and Managers, Field Sales
Engineers, and Business Development team members to execute sales
initiatives and develop market opportunities.
- Perform ongoing analysis and reporting on current
opportunities, and assigned customers.
- Attend special training of products and/or services to
understand and maintain knowledge of technical aspects of solutions
- Collaborate with Marketing department to develop and execute
campaigns targeting assigned customers
- Other duties as assigned by your Manager Qualifications:The
successful candidate will possess the following combination of
experience, knowledge and skills:
- Passion for learning and selling Audio and Video Solutions
- Successful business-to-business sales experience is a plus
- Experience in CRM, such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Strong business acumen and judgment with an emphasis on
identifying, evaluating, developing, and closing sales
opportunities.
- Desire and ability to help clients identify needs and devise
creative solutions
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve top results
- Outstanding presentation and communications skills. Strong
writing skills are essential. Work Environment:
