Job Description:

At Credit Saint, our Customer Service Representative is a confident self-starter with a passion for delivering results and enriching our customer's experience. In this role, you will answer client-related inquiries and educate them on the fundamentals of credit and our credit repair process. Our Customer Service Representative will be trained to be credit experts who provide our clients with the tools to protect themselves from credit pitfalls.Key Areas of Ownership (but not limited to):

  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls such as welcoming clients to the service, billing, account follow-ups, and request documentation promptly.
  • Accurately update client account pages.
  • Speak with clients about sensitive financial information.
  • Maintaining compliance with credit repair regulations.
  • Educate clients in a consultative role on the fundamentals of credit and our credit repair process.
  • Develop rapport with our client in all interactions; offer solutions and guidance, not excuses.
  • Liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
  • Participate in meetings and activities held to improve client satisfaction and business performance.
  • Ability to deal with a high volume of calls in a very fast-paced environment.

      • Engaging and personable; capable of bringing out the positive in any situation
      • Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening skills. (Call center experience is a plus!)
      • Confident in your customer service skills and ability to deliver information effectively.
      • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
      • Demonstrated computer competence & technical skills including Google Suite. The ability to type. We work on computers, so efficiency counts.
      • The ability to adapt/respond to different personality types
      • Solutions focused when faced with a challenge.
      • Ambitious, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed.
      • Coachable and able to embrace constructive feedback.
      • Positive and team-oriented.
      • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or customer support role (I.E: Call Center, Restaurant, Retail, etc.)
      • High school diploma/GED (Minimum Requirement)
      • Bonus if you have familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
      • High speed internet access (> 50 mbps)
      • Equipment Requirements during Training Period. Company equipment is provided afterward.
