Job Description:

Job purposeSales planning team assistant is responsible for managing KT&G USA's sales operations by supporting team lead and sales field. In addition to establishing sales strategies, setting up sales management metrics index, sales data monitoring and feedback, supporting sales activities, and on-site consulting to facilitate effective and profitable sales activities.Duties and responsibilities* Preparing of short or Mid-term sales strategies. * Communicate between HO and Sales Field ensuring to deliver clear sales strategies, resources, and timeline, etc.* Supporting sales activities including but not limited to providing relevant sales data and information to regional or divisional managements. * Performing research, identifying sales trends, preparing proposals, and creating and developing presentations. * Monitoring competitors' 4P strategies, including relevant sales and marketing data or programs. * Managing development projects scope, budget, resources, and timeline. * Ensuring resource availability and allocation by working with development teams to deliver additional resources as needed.* Compile data, preparing project reports for the stakeholders and distributing as necessary (Executive, Team Lead, Sales Field, etc).* Preparing Deck for leadership presentation including status and forecast. * Submitting regular and irregular reports to the supervisor/manager.* Keeping all sales and business-related records using the company system.Educational RequirementHigh School Diploma or GEDQualifications* Comprehensive thinking capabilities, strong organizational and planning skills are needed to establish short and med-term strategies.* Minimum 3+ years of same or similar industry experience.* Proficient MS Offices, Salesforce, MSAi or velocity sales data and GW-MIS utilization is required for data analysis.* Verbal and written communication skills are needed to gather feedback and accurately communicate strategies in the field.* Negotiating skills to win-win with our partners.* Self-starter with demonstrated strong work ethic.* Advanced time management skills.* Clear driving record.PI134195722
