PLEASE NOTE: this position in not eligible for Domestic/International Mobility / VISA sponsorship Manages and directs the execution of the Regional go to market strategy to champion transformational change in how Orange Business Services executes its sales and services model. Drives pipeline and order production, which results in--profitable revenue growth within geographical region. key accountabilities

  • Delivery of annual order--targets
  • Leads a team of--Account Managers (Hunter) initiatives within the assigned geographical territory
  • Develops account planning for prospecting--accounts which promotes pipeline and order, and expands Orange's customer relationships
  • Executes business plans and strategies to position products and packaged solutions to targeted customer base
  • Ensures sales staff rigorously adheres to company tools and processes including accurate and timely pipeline and order--forecast management
  • Builds relationships and collaborates with technology partners to develop go to market strategies for assigned territory
  • Reviews, manages and leads negotiations for major bids and opportunities through the sales process
  • Acts as lead negotiator for territory / internal customers to resolve deal issues
  • Works with Region Area Sales--Managers to foster teaming and leverage best practices
  • Develops necessary documentation for monthly Management Business Reviews
  • Works with Region Area Sales Operations to manage earning potential of sales staff
  • Collaborates regionally with peers
  • Ensures account and territory assignments are aligned with account segmentation strategy
  • Works with business units and strategic partners to facilitate sales training and development
  • Leads weekly sales team meetings to track progress, facilitate a "lessons-learned" segment
  • Ensures that regional Orange Business Services associates have the knowledge, skill specialization, and development plans to overachieve in their assigned roles
  • Oversees the recruitment of new account managers
  • Leads quarterly reviews with direct reports to provide feedback on career development, year-to-date achievement, and skills assessment and provide--a formal mechanism for on-going training and development Customer Satisfaction - Manages the strategy for tracking and achieving territory /region target Financial - This position has pipeline and order targets based on geographical region assignment People management - Team lead coordinating / managing individuals within assigned geographical territory, and where appropriate global team where opportunities span other regions. about you knowledge and abilities
    • Partners with customer and engages at executive level
    • Manages in a virtual and cross functional team environment
    • Leverages knowledge of industry issues and competitive dynamics directly affecting customer buying decisions to gain access to new accounts
    • Communicates and establishes a level of presence to gain acceptance at multiple levels within the organization and with client base education, qualifications, and certifications
      • Degree in Business, Finance or other relevant field (or equivalent)--
      • Other (Desirable)
      • Masters of Business Administration or other graduate level degree
      • Membership in related professional organizations
      • Certifications / accreditation in relevant areas experience
        • Minimum ten years sales and sales management experience in a solution based services and consultative environment--
        • Strong Solution/Managed Services selling experience in the Global IT and Communications industry
        • Current and established customer contacts within Orange's geographic targeted market
        • Strong business management skills and experience
