PROLIM (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking Software Sales Representative (CADPLMIOT) for Plano, TX Office. Job Description The Software Sales Representative (CADPLMIOT) position will be based out of PROLIM's office, Plano, TX and will be responsible for driving Software Sales (Solid-Edge, NX, Teamcenter), and PLM related sales and marketing activities for the company. A Software Sales Representative (CADPLMIOT) professional will leverage current network, prospect new clients and vendors, and discover client needs to propose appropriate technology solutions. Understand the CAD, CAM, PLM, IOT or Engineering Software Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs, and other activities as needed. Prospects qualify and generate sales within the company's established trading partners, clientele, or prospects. Ensures suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels. Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with potential customers. Provide relevant industry expertise and market intelligence to clients Generate sales leads and set client meetings to develop new accounts, establish relationships, and close viable business opportunities Manage the client relationship, recognize key client issues, and ensure that client needs, and project objectives are consistently met through weeklymonthly follow-up. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Attend networking events, sporting events, lunches, dinners, etc. to build client relationships Desired Skills Experience Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years Software sales experience Experience in selling CAD, CAM, IOT, PLM Solutions and Professional Services Must be a competitive high achiever and persistent Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism Excellent cold calling skills Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Compensation PROLIM offers an extremely generous compensation package including Paid vacation and sick days of total 2 weeks per year Medical, Dental and Vision coverage both short and long term 401 K Life Accident insurance Flexible Spending Accounts About PROLIM PROLIM is a leading provider of end-to-end IT, PLM and Engineering Services and Solutions for Global 1000 companies.
