Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Helpdesk Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Learn technical skills required to resolve customer support
cases/requests
Gain an understanding of various product and service datasets,
codebases, and business purposes
Learn compliance standards across various product areas and
leverage documentation for support and implementation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or
engineering fields, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in software support and/or product
implementation
Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Stack (T-SQL,
SSIS, SSRS)
Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Snowflake is a plus
