About The Role:

As a CBRE Business Systems Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a variety of technology-focused training content to help create adoption and improve employee experience. You'll be part of a team that provides training through live and virtual sessions, videos, written content, news updates and more.

This role is part of Digital & Technology infrastructure and operations which focuses on ensuring our employees have the instruction to best utilize the vast technology tools available.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with our audience through email and internal social media regarding system processes and capabilities.
  • Compose correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end-user training.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials.
  • Approve and lead communication and scheduling plans for new trainings and updates.
  • Review training metrics and feedback to evaluate learning efficiency that helps drive department goals.
  • Remain up-to-date and savvy in learning industry trends, methodologies, and standard processes and know how to put those into best practices.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and tackle routine problems.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external IT teams to coordinate timing for rollouts, updates, fixes and policy changes.
  • Compile metrics, generate custom queries and add to routine reporting. Leverage that data during content development and strategy discussions.
  • Research, test and discover innovative ways to apply technology tools to improve efficiency, productivity and overall satisfaction.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job field and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Continually improve the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Explain sophisticated information to others in straightforward situations.

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
    • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to tackle slightly sophisticated problems.
    • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
