ETL ConsultantBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated ETL Consultant for an opportunity in Plano, TX!Position Title: ETL ConsultantLocation: Plano, TX - Plano, TXAnticipated Start Date: ASAPPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 12 Months.Job Type: CONTRACT, HYBRIDPay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr on W2Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Requirements:Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making- Develop, Design and Implement ETL process using Informatica and/or Oracle PLSQL in a large Datawarehouse environment.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support dev leads identify and prioritize business needs- Support server updates and Informatica cloud migration projects to ensure seamless system integration- Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security and compliance- Analyze and troubleshoot data discrepancies and system issues- Understanding the scope of Project Management and be able to scale up to lend a hand when required.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field- At least 7 plus years of experience in data analysis.- Candidates must have more than 8 plus years of experience in Oracle/PL SQL, ETL/Informatica- Strong knowledge of Unix shell scripting- Hands on experience on Informatica Upgrade/Migration experience- Experience in data quality approaches and techniques is a must- Excellent written and communication skills and ability to clearly indicate data integration solution designs and implementations.- Agile experience- Financial Services / Banking experience- Build Release orchestration tools- Experience in working with larger projects involving multiple groups including nearshore and offshore teams- Performance Tuning experience- Strong SQL knowledge and ability to develop Informatica repository queries- Strong experience with server updates and cloud migration- Proven experience in the financial industry / compliance/ regulatory reporting/ fraud detection- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong communication and presentation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Proficiency in data visualization tools and programming languages (SQL)- Solid understanding of IICS - Informatica cloud environmentsBenefits:BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.About BCforward:Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
