Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating/allocating responses to internal and external partner
requests for assistance with customer and partner agreements and
other contract-related requests
Managing the lifecycle of various SailPoint templates, such as
NDAs, SaaS Agreements, and statements of work
Assisting with the creation and distribution of Delivery Notices
for SailPoint Offerings and Other Services
Required Qualifications:
5+ years working in a SaaS company or commercial environment
Prior experience with Box, Salesforce, quote to cash system (QTC)
and CPQ processes preferred
Experience negotiating NDAs/Confidentiality Agreements and exposure
to software licensing agreements
Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple matters, under pressure and in line with
Quarter-End and Year-End timescales
