Role: Lead Consultant - Genesys - IVR Duration: Permanent Hire/ Full Time Job Description: Preferred
--- At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes --- At least 4years of experience in Genesys 8.x version for call routing and reporting purposes Skills ---Experience on working onJava/Websphere based custom application for IVR --- At least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment --- Analytical and Communication skills --- project and talent management --- Experience with project management Qualifications Qualifications Basic: --- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
