Fast-paced, high volume Facilities department is looking for top skilled specialist.Is that you?

Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 6200 West Parker Road TX 75093-7914

Work hours: Full Time - 40 Hours, 1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 3rd Shift 11:00PM - 7:30 AM but has to help cover other shifts depends on the need of the department.

  Here's What You Need
  
  
  • H.S Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 3 years' experience in a commercial or industrial environment required
  • 1 Year experience in a healthcare environment Pref
  • Hospital & General Maintenance Experience Preferred
  • DL - Driver License Upon Hire Required
  • Other Healthcare Maintenance Certification Upon Hire Preferred
    What You Will Do
    
    
    • Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for hospital, hospital equipment, and hospital properties utilizing the computerized maintenance management system
    • Provide technical support and general guidance to facility staff in the repair and operation of facility equipment, components, utilities.
    • Performs the duties of skill trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and exterior maintenance as required. 70%
