Job Description

Duties:
---pply business knowledge and analytical skills to analyze, design and review business models.
---Lead planning and scope sessions to translate business requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories.
---Partner with Solutions Architect to identify and communicate upstream and downstream dependencies.
---Work closely with technology and business stakeholders to estimate stories, create user acceptance criteria and test cases for quality assurance.
---Conduct extensive quality testing on user stories being developed to ensure they meet standards.
---Conduct product demos and technical training for new product implementations.
---Identify, monitor and manage project/program risks and issues in a timely and unbiased manner; follow governance standards for escalating to right levels at the right time
---Continuously evaluate strengths and weaknesses of the product development lifecycle and work with Scrum teams to implement efficiency models.
---Develop organizational trust by supporting transparent reporting and metrics on project health (scope, schedule and budget), and support communications related to project delivery process.

Qualifications:
---Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering and / or equivalent formal training or work experience is required
---3+ Years of experience in working on Agile product development.
---Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
---bility to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality.
---Strong technical understanding of the Salesforce environment.
---Experience in developing and designing QA test scripts and best practices.

Must be highly organized and have strong communication skills
