Our company is a high energy, motivated team that has a winning culture. We are a fast growing franchise construction company. There is a lot of upward growth within our company.
As our team continues to grow we are looking to bring on a new internal production manager to help manage and maintain our internal production schedules with our sub contractors. This position will predominantly be a in office position, but will sometimes require site visits on certain occasions to meet our subcontractors as you will be the main point of contact for scheduling and project coordination.
We would like our idea candidate to be Bi-Lingual being able to speak both Spanish & English
The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction. - -Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate entire production process for all construction related jobs for roofing, solar & construction.Training will be provided for all trades.
• Daily Job Monitoring - Ensuring jobs are continually moving to the next stage in production on a daily basis.
• Customer Service Driven - Ensuring the customer experience is maintained by corporate protocols and interaction with sales associates
• Sub Contractor Paperwork - Enrollment, Indemnification Agreements, Insurance Requirements and more.
• Contribute to production scheduling, planning and budgeting.
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain all workers and subcontractors are following safety & uniform standards.
• Coordinate with key internal sales associates, owners, managers, franchisees and key employees.
• Customer Reviews / Warranty Registration / Invoicing / AR / AP.
• Business Development With New Customers
• Assistant to management team
  Qualifications
  
  • Bi-Lingual - Spanish / English "Preferred"
  • Strong Technology Shills - CRM, Office 365, Email Communication
  • 2+ years of production experience
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills
