Who Were Looking For

Toyotas TFS is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Business Systems Analyst.

The Business Systems Analyst is a subject matter expert within the OCIO with the ability to collaborate with and act as a liaison to multiple and diverse business groups and technologies. Key responsibilities include:
---Analyze spending for IDS and communicate financial standing to accounting and finance groups
---Act as liaison and primary contact to Business Units, helping them where needed for resource and financial information
---Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly planning processes, including budgets and forecasting
---Gather data from multiple sources to create various reports
---Assist managers in change management efforts related to organization, and short- and long-term strategic plans and goals
---Work within OCIO group to assist with resource management

Reporting to the Senior Analyst, the person in this role will support the OCIO departments objective to support the CIO and IDS department in various financial and resource aspects

What Youll Be Doing

Day to day activities will include:
---Updating reports that are presented to the leadership team
---Conduct analysis to prioritize making recommendations toward solutions to achieve unit, division, and corporate goals.
---Act as an advisor to the team, providing deep functional expertise in the work plan, standards, process, and procedures, and change management efforts
---Work on ah-hoc request from management

Qualifications

What You Bring

---Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
---Strong aptitude in Excel and PowerPoint along with the Microsoft Office suite, tools to interpret, condense, and communicate complex graphical and statistical information
---Ability to effectively interface with all departments within Toyota, TFS, and IT
---Ability to work with limited supervision, having significant latitude for independent judgment
---High-Level communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others
---Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and processes and apply it to business needs

Added Bonus If You Have

---Familiarity with financial audits, SOX controls, and other regulatory institutions and practices
---Understanding of Data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
---Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, and ServiceNow applications
