The Business Analyst will participate in all areas of the delivery process including requirements definition, design, data analysis and transformation, and documentation. People that fill this role are exemplary team players, strategic thinkers, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The business analyst will:

* Collaborate with Globys customers and internal stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements for out-of-the-box and custom solutions.


* Perform systems analysis and generate systems integration and data-mapping documentation for Globys solutions.


* Analyze and document integration with Globys customers using latest communications/API technologies (Kafka, REST, Data transformation, GraphQL)


* Translating conceptual business requirements into a clear, comprehensible, simplified manner understood by all stakeholders.



What we are looking for:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a closely related field


* 2+ years of experience as a business analyst


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Knowledge of service-oriented and/or data transformation workflows


* Knowledge of common API technologies such as JSON, OAuth2, OpenID, JWT, Rest, SOAP, Kafka


* Ability to accurately breakdown, plan, and estimate the level of effort for delivery tasks


* Project related travel up to 20% in North America



Serious bonus points if you have:

* Experience with telecommunications billing data and/or workflows


* Working with enterprise level systems and SaaS platforms.


* Portal architecture and integration


* Experience with MS-SQL Server



Location/Travel:

A significant percentage of our management and staff work from their homes. This position is open to qualified applicants living in the US or Canada and willing to work from home and travel occasionally for project-related work.
