** Home Delivery Business Analyst****Job Category****:** Information Technology **Requisition Number****:** HOMED01104 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description**Responsibilities include participating in planning, analysis, testing, deployment, rollout, and maintaining / administration of Home Delivery tools. Activities include but not limited to business cases, project charters, scope documents, business requirements; functional and non-functional requirements; as is and to be process flows; requirement traceability matrix; and quality assurance testing activities as needed.**Essential Functions:*** Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, etc. * Gather and refine users requirements by conducting interview, workflow analysis, process analysis and observation sessions. * Evaluate information from multiple sources and help distinguish user request from user needs. * Gain in depth business domain knowledge to understand business processes, metrics and how to improve. * Utilize process improvement tools and technique to identify opportunities for improvement (i.e. lean, six sigma) .* Prepare agendas and meeting minutes. Schedule meetings accordingly.* Coordinate efforts with internal departments and vendors as necessary.* Conduct group presentations and meetings as needed.* Foster the relationship of cross functional teams to successfully deliver and meet business expectations.* Perform quality assurance testing activities as necessary.* Assist Program manager in managing project changes (scope, budget, and schedule) through the throughout the project lifecycle.* Other assigned duties as needed. **Required Education and Experience:*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience**Required Skills/Abilities:*** Ability to demonstrate conflict resolution, leadership, adaptability and coordination capabilities to help drive the business forward.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, organizational skills and a proactive customer service approach.* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills* IIBA Business Analysis certification preferred.* Experience with Agile (SCRUM, Kanban, etc) and Waterfall software development lifecycles. Experience with performing software quality assurance testing and coordinating user acceptance testing a plus. * Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and flexibility skills in a team-oriented environment* Proficient at using tools like MS Office and tools including: Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
