Overview:
Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical
Staffing division for a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist at a
well-known, Enterprise size organization. This is a direct-hire
opportunity for Connection, working on-site for a outstanding
end-client in the hospitality industry. This position is on-site,
M-F, 8-5. Amazing team to work alongside with!
Requirements:Knowledge configuring Win7, MAC, MS Office Suite and
installation of computers and printersWorking knowledge of Active
Directory and network connectivity with TCP/IP, DNA, WINS, DHCP,
and wirelessStrong troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication
and customer service skillsExperience supporting Director and
higher levelsAbility to multi-task and set prioritiesWork
independently with minimum supervisionWork under pressure and
maintain composure

Responsibilities:Provide Tier 2 Executive level supportDemonstrate
excellent customer service skillsAbility to work alone or with a
teamWillingness to go above and beyondOther support activities
include researching and recommending solutionsWorking with vendors
