Sorry, our client is unable to sponsor.Responsibilities: This person will work in a team environment performing technical support by phone and email, deploying equipment, and escalating issues as needed for corporate and field employees. Will document and track technical issues to identify trends and provide status updates on projects.Required Skills:1+ years IT Help Desk Support experienceMust have experience troubleshooting Point-of-Sale; Aloha preferredBasic experience performing PC troubleshooting, installation and configurationBasic Network troubleshooting experienceWindows, MS Office experienceExcellent communication/interpersonal skills; great customer service attitude, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAble to participate in work after hours (rotating on-call)Able to work at least one day on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and within 7am - 7pm timeframe as part of the 40 hour work weekPreferred:-PC ImagingEducation:-High School diploma/GED required; Associates degree preferred - provided by Dice
