Immediate need for a Reporting Consultant. This is a -6 - 12 Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is Onsite Opportunity (Atlanta GA, Phoenix AZ, Plano TX, Normal, IL). Please review the job description below.

Reporting Consultant
Locations: Atlanta GA, Phoenix AZ, -Plano TX, Normal, IL (These are 4 locations; we are looking for someone who is comfortable to work onsite at any one of the locations)

Hands on MS Excel and Power BI and Power Query, KPI Matrix Must

  Roles and responsibilities:
  1. Create / download reports the reports from Client.
  2. Audit the incident and task request on daily basis and update in the tracker and send it to your reporting manager. You need to audit minimum 30 tickets/task per Day without fail.
  3. Audit accuracy is very important because based on your tracker team leads address to their team member.
  1. To understand KPI/PI metrics for all the teams
  2. Sending all the daily operational report to internal teams and connect with all team leads in ops call to get the inputs required.
  3. Preparing weekly deck and support internal teams by providing additional data points.
  4. Supporting Monthly operational pack preparation
  5. Coordinate with internal team/team leads to get the data as and when you need.
  1. To maintain all the records in safe mode and provide to management whenever approached.
  2. You must know all the excel formula and prepare a report independently based on management requirement.
  3. Create a reporting process manual and maintain the same with amendments if done.
  4. Complete all compulsory training on time and show willingness to learn any additional technology as applicable.
