Who are We Looking For?
- Full -Time Application Support Analyst who has experience with
customer-focused/deadline-driven/high-energy environment, and who
can provide courteous, friendly and professional assistance to
their team.
- Our ideal candidate will make anywhere between $51,660.00-
$54,530.00 for this role
- Will follow a Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (schedule
may vary) and rotating Saturdays.
- This role is eligible to participate in the ITCU Exempt
Employee Incentive Program, which can pay up to 5% of the annual
salary, prorated based on the date of hire. (This incentive is
based on the credit union achieving established service and
financial measurements.)What about the Duties &
Responsibilities?The Application Support Analyst will work in our
Operations Support department and provide the following as part of
their key essential duties:
- Be knowledgeable and able to create and maintain core system
components within the control of the credit union. Including but
not limited to creation/modification/retirement of products and
services and maintenance of variable settings.
- Assist with coordination of Credit Union team for BETA testing
software upgrades prior to their release into production. Involves
working with cross-functional teams of Credit Union employees to
communicate testing deadlines in order to ensure timely completion
of testing prior to the upgrade release.
- Gather information regarding system support issues from/for
employee users, including one or more auxiliary (third-party)
systems. Assist in the resolution of issues internally. When
necessary, log the issue and know when to escalate and the
appropriate chain of command. Provide continual monitoring of
unresolved problems and provide Credit Union staff with
updates.
- Establish and review procedures, internal training material,
logs and reference documents that aid in the support of Credit
Union staff and their responsibilities.
- Generate, review and monitor system reports as assigned.
- Maintain member confidence by protecting personal
identification information. Ensure that data transmitted between
CREDIT UNION, core processor and third-party vendors is performed
according to security standards established by Credit Union
policy/procedure and regulatory agencies.

. Requirements: Education/Certification:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in a financial
institution position or related field.Experience:
- At least two (2) years experience in a credit union or
financial institution environment.
- Operational/working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word or
similar software.
- Compliance with Federal Bank Secrecy and Money Laundering rules
required.Required Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google
Analytics (GA4 preferred), Google Data Studio
- Knowledge of ad serving tools and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is helpful.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, especially
Excel, Access, macros, and Visual Basic Application; experience
with Tableau helpful.
- Compliance with Federal Bank Secrecy and Money Laundering rules
required.Other Skills:
- Excellent organizational, writing and communication
skills.
- Ability to work as a teammate in projects with other
departments.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks under stressful situations
and communicate with patience and tact.
- Demonstrate initiative/self starter and be able to work with
ambiguity.
- Must be able to operate other related computer software and
business equipment.
- Able to coordinate a diverse team of individuals to achieve a
stated goal.
