Job Description:
The Digital & Platform Services Organization is responsible for
understanding current state client on-boarding processes, while
employing design principles to address targeted pain points. -The
Digital & Platform Services CDD Product team are responsible for
the systemic delivery of strategic end state programs, to improve
the overall client on-boarding experience.The CDD Product delivery
team is looking for a Vice President level candidate, who will join
as a Product Business Analyst Lead. - For this role, the ideal
candidate must be an experienced and execution driven individual,
who has the ability & acumen to manage a dynamic delivery schedule,
on a month to month basis. - The position requires an individual
who has strong sense of delivery discipline, applying this across
their daily tasks. The candidate will ensure the daily hygiene
requirements of a release cycle are satisfied, ensuring
administrative errors and missed requirements are avoided. In
addition to managing a dynamic book of work for each monthly
release cycle, the candidate will also take ownership of identified
defect resolutions, owning/ managing them through to
completionResponsibilities:Responsible for the execution of
projects within the CDD application, utilizing Agile project
delivery methodologiesExperienced user of JIRA and delivering
business solutions via the creation of related user EPICS and
StoriesIdentify, assess, and articulate near-term business needs,
advise businesses on options, risks, and costs of technology
solutions versus benefitsProactively communicate
requirements/priorities and project status to key stakeholders;
solicit feedback and obtain sign-off on project
documentation.Effectively translate business requirements into
value-added, comprehensive solutions that will feed into test plans
using appropriate processes, procedures and technologyManage the
implementation of new functionality through training sessions,
demos, that will contribute to training material
developmentManaging the monthly delivery cycle for CDD items,
including associated daily JIRA hygiene elements of the CDD EPICS/
StoriesEnsuring all appropriate status updates/ standards are
applied within JIRA across the Product Delivery groupResponsible
for the successful delivery of monthly prioritized product
itemsOwnership, management and processing of identified & legacy
in-cycle/ post-release defect resolutionEnsuring blockers are
appropriately managed, resolved and escalated, where
requiredProviding regular status updates to Product Owner, Product
teams and related partnersSupport the Product Owner and provide
group education, as requiredRequirements:Experienced Business
Analyst working within an Agile Technology/ Product delivery
environment, preferable within a transformation groupPractical
application of Agile & Waterfall methods in real-time scenariosDeep
understanding & practical experience of JIRA, including EPIC
creation/ Story writing/ Status management/ Dashboard
reportingTechnology/ Process release management experience
essentialDefect identification/ management/ resolution skills
needed for legacy, in-flight & post-release issues
identifiedAbility to manage dynamic and detailed delivery
schedules, including daily book of work managementHighly energetic
