The role will specially be called upon to create and maintain reporting subscriptions and dashboards while monitoring and replying to reporting requests from internal and external sources in a time sensitive manner. The right candidate will possess advanced to expert MS Excel skills. Description of Duties:This position is critical to ensure high quality data is available for downstream analytic application, (both internal and external) Respond to daily reporting inquiries quickly and accuratelyConducts continual data integrity checks ensuring reporting data is accurate and completeEffectively collaborate with all internal groups to ensure delivery of reporting needsAnalyze research and respond to client inquiriesWork on daily timeframe and ability to meet intraday SLAs for reportingExperience and Skills: High School DiplomaQualified candidate MUST have advanced to expert MS Excel Skills included v-lookups, sorting, pivot tables, and macrosExperience with reporting services and large datasets - experience with direct data sources and storage is a plusProficient with all Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS ExcelSQL experience a plus 2-3 years' experience in working with large dataAction oriented, high initiative, good problem-solving skills, independent thinker Candidate must demonstrate teamwork and collaboration with customer service orientationWork Schedule: The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
