Job Description:

Business Solutions ConsultantThe Solutions Engineer (SE) is primarily responsible for ensuring each Covered Entity setup is generating the greatest possible complaint value for both the Covered Entity and Omnicell. SE will also support and enable sales by providing subject matter expertise and consultative sales support. SE will bring real-world experiences and opportunities back to the product team to enable the continued evolution of the 340B Link product portfolio.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze Covered Entity data and qualification rules in place for improvement opportunities. Work directly with Covered Entities and our Client Success Team to identify opportunities that will increase compliant 340B value, including suggested changes in CE workflows, modifications to data feeds and/or rules, as well as creation and utilization of entirely new data feeds and rules.Facilitate qualification and/or data changes with internal implementation, data acquisition/quality, and product teams to ensure agreed-upon improvements are followed through to completion.Identify gaps in value for customer setups. Support findings with data that demonstrate how setup is not optimized and what must be done to close the gapSuccessfully work with internal teams to effect needed optimization changes. This will be demonstrated by timely adoption of proposed solutions by one or more of the following internal teams: Implementation, data acquisition, productShorten sales cycles by acting as consultative subject matter expert. Outcomes will inherently be somewhat subjective here, but overall average sales cycle should decreaseRequired Knowledge and SkillsAbility to create new, value-added systems and processes. Willing to invent and take smart risks to deliver value to Covered EntitiesData-driven mindset with strong analytic skills Strong customer relationship skills, with a high level of discretion and autonomy with the ability to ideate and deliver the best solutionKnowledge of health systems, EMRs, Pharmacy systems and workflows and resulting dataAbility to generate data requirements and successfully mine results to deliver the highest valueStrong customer presence and credibility with the ability to assuage customer fears and facilitate their understanding of proposed solutions, gaining support from them.Direct client engagement and ability to ideate solutions and commit to delivering them, garnering trust to effectively collaborate with our team to set achievable expectationsMust be able to understand healthcare workflows and processes and how those activities generate dataSQL or other analytics based language (e.g. SAS,Python)PowerBI or other data visualization softwareBasic QualificationsBachelor's Degree5 years' demonstrated analytical experience in healthcare related field (such as hospital, PBM, or pharmacy environments)Preferred QualificationsPractical knowledge of 340B programPrior TPA experienceWork ConditionsOffice or remote environmentAbility to travel occasionally to customer sitesTo protect our employees and those who spend time at our facilities, and as may be required by our customers, Omnicell requires most U.S. employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or obtain an approved exemption -from Omnicell -as an accommodationfor a disability or sincerely held religious belief or practice.#LI-CC1
