Completes operational work and respond to customer service requests to meet service level agreements for Treasury`s customers. Executes attestation and compliance controls for Treasury function. Supports assessments using data analysis and business process to identify opportunities to solve Treasury and stakeholder challenges. Represents Treasury function as a member of project teams in support of operational improvements and implementing new capabilities.
Responsibilities:

  • Independently supports moderately complex financial and technical functions of the unit; meeting established service level agreements.
  • Demonstrates, proven analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills, independent judgement and the ability to execute in accordance with attestation, compliance and Liberty Mutual standards and controls.
  • With limited supervision conducts moderately complex analysis and can quantify results to speak to trends or problem solve.
  • Participates in technical and analytical assessments of current issues facing Treasury and business stakeholders to uncover actionable insights to solve problems.
  • Leads and executes the accurate completion of assigned Treasury operational processes, attestation, and compliance controls while demonstrating expertise and capabilities through collaboration with team.
  • Provides leadership in the research and resolution of various department related intake inquiries from both internal and external customers using appropriate systems, processes and contacts to provide excellent customer service, escalates inquires as appropriate.
  • With limited support, actively participates in more complex efforts focused on Treasury processes and/or business unit(s) initiatives.
  • Grows expertise through collaboration with manager and/or project leads as well as with business unit(s) and Treasury groups to ensure successful completion.
  • Using analysis and an understanding of unit`s business processes to continuously improve function to ensure work is performed in the most efficient and effective means possible.
  • As assigned, supports the maintenance and administration of appropriate Treasury applications including production support, testing of system enhancements/upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
    • Bachelor`s degree (Finance or Accounting) or equivalent experience
    • A minimum of 1-2 years of Finance/Treasury related experience is preferred
    • Understanding of accounting knowledge/skills is required
    • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to identify and resolve issues, present information in a clear manner and coach other team members
    • General understanding of Finance and Analytical tools
