****MUST be able to work on our W2 without any sponsorship******Please send resumes to nikita.sakaria@kellyservices.com.Job Title:--IAM Business Analyst, IAM Solutions Analyst--Location:--Plano, TexasYears of experience:--10+ years of experience at a minimumHours--- 8-5pm CentralSelf-Starter-Roll up your sleeves, dive into a complex environment with a CRITICAL THINKER, IT BA and PM mindset who can assimilate the complexities of a client's environment and navigate a separation on environments for HALF OF THE BUSINESS with this MASSIVE BUSINESS DIVESTITURE while 2 other corporate projects are happening simultaneously in a 90 day time frame.Two existing large corporate wide projects include:1) Cloud Migration: SAP on AWS, VMware on GCP2) Data Center Consolidation 6 data centers being exited and 2 optimized in Denver and Las VegasDescriptionOur client is looking for IT Specialists to augment its Compute & Storage team that is responsible for delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security across multiple sites and regions.In this role, you must have strong analytical skills as well as strong communications skills.You will be required to use logic and critical thinking to both elicit and analyze information.--Specific Responsibilities/FunctionsGather and analyze information to both plan and execute a logical separation projectRecommend and help implement new role-based access control (RBAC)Document the access-control mechanisms, roles and privilegesWhere it is not possible to logically separate user access, identify and recommend alternativesWork collaboratively across the IT organization and with internal stakeholders--Experience, Knowledge and/or SkillsBroad knowledge, skills and experience across sever, virtualization and storage technologiesStrong documentation skillsTeam-player who can also work independentlyDemonstrable experience working in a dynamic environment and delivering measurable resultsStrong knowledge of Active Directory in a multi-forest/multi-domain environmentKey abilities required:Service Now experience for project documentation--key, excel VLook up assimilating 5 disparate systems and sources of information plus doing the logical discovery to gather data.Deep technical skills with Identity and Access Management "IAM", Users, Roles and GroupsData gathering with retrieval of Core Data, familiarity of evaluating Data Mapping and IAM roles for separation purposes at each touch point and layer, ability to convey requirements and logical data flow to validate choices and decisions for separation and be able to explain to team.Scripting skills for tagging Ie. PowerShell with VMware

• Currently using Microsoft Teams and Excel spreadsheets for the documentation-i.E. VLOOKUP, Building Consistencies, Excel and Microsoft Project
• Ability to help drive consistencies and best practices with mapping and data governance, Configuration Management Database "CMDB" incidents, potentially daily touch points and lock down of environments during this processSystems Knowledge requirements:
  • VMware, storage, networking , Microsoft AD, Linux most critical
  • Moving toward a Hyper converged infrastructure
