Job Description The PepsiCo Global Template Analytics senior manager will be responsible for design, build and quality of reporting and analytics solutions. Role will ensure best practices are followed consistently across multiple deployment teams. The role is expected to put the processes in place to facilitate consistent and quality solution development in a stable environment consisting Enterprise HANA, S/4HANA, SLT, BODS, CPI-DS, Fiori, SAC Dashboard and Web Intelligence.

Enterprise Solutions senior manager is also responsible for onboarding the vendor and PepsiCo resources for new deploys, managing the fit gap analysis, approving RICEFs based on the fit gap analysis, ensuring the quality build of the RICEFs, supporting FUT, SIT and UAT and successful go-live and hyper care support


This role is accountable for Order to Cash, Make to Deploy, Enterprise Asset Management and Request to Serve value streams and the responsibilities include:

• Own Solution Design, Strategy, Architecture and QA review of SAP Analytics Backend ( S4HANA CDS views, EHANA Calc Views, XSA )
• Responsible for enforcing the best practices and standards guidelines in development environments
• Maintain the catalog and documentation of PGT analytical contents such as Report master list, knowledge transfer decks
• Manage onsite and offshore sub-team supporting functional areas such as OTC, MTD, EAM, and RTS
• Partner with solution functional leads and business experts to identify standard to fit KPIs in Global Template
• Activate and demo the standard KPIs to business during sprint sessions
• Manage the build of Enterprise HANA calc views, configure SLT for S4HANA to Ent. HANA data replication
• Lead seamless user experience for business leveraging multiple reporting tools ( BOBJ, Fiori and SAC )
• Enable governed self-service creating semantic views and training
• Lead Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications / Requirements :
  
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience; preferably with direct exposure to S4HANA, Embedded Analytics, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Expertise in S4HANA reporting artifacts such as CDS views, Fiori Apps, Eclipse Studio will be a plus
  • Expertise in Enterprise HANA artifacts such as HANA Studio, Calc Views in XSA Web IDE
  • At least 3 full lifecycle project deployments in SAP S4HANA, ECC and BW
  • Expertise in integration architecture patterns to send data from SAP to Non-SAP systems
  • Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman 7+ , MS Azure Dev Ops, Quality Center and MS Project Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation
