Test AnalystThe Intersect Group is seeking a Test Analyst for our client in Plano, Texas. The Test Analyst will be primarily responsible for verifying applications by functional integration, system, and regression testing. Responsibilities* Test development* Manual testing and execution in cooperation with cross functional Agile teams* Light automated testing in a fast-paced agile team environmentRequirements* Strong understanding manual testing case writing and testing in an agile environment* Strong understanding of quality assurance principles* Strong application, data, network and environment troubleshooting skills a must* Strong understanding of SQL testing* Strong communication and multi-tasking skills* Strong experience testing client/server and web applications* Experience automating tests with a record and play back tool a plus* Experience with working in an Azure environment a plus* Prior experience testing title/escrow/mortgage/financial applications a plus* Knowledge of Agile process * Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company* Regular consistent attendance is required, that could include attendance at after hour Company events* Ability to accept supervision* Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships* Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person. * Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook* Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workdayInterested candidates please send resume in Word format to Please reference job code 75101 when responding to this ad.The Intersect Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
