Salary & Schedule for Customer Care Specialists:

Wage: $22 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM), plus one Saturday per month (8 AM - 12 PM)

Primary Responsibilities for Customer Care Specialists:
As the first point of contact for our terrific customers, you will:

Promptly answer calls, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
Schedule service appointments while providing detailed information on our pest control and termite services.
Handle billing queries and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Keep customer records up-to-date in our system.
