full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor

national market and provides an opportunity to progress as

commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on

Description In Global Risk Solutions (GRS) Technology, we build
exceptional technology solutions that power One GRS our employees,
our customers, our industry, and our aspirations. We are currently
seeking an innovative, disciplined, and results-oriented Platform
Architect for our Global Billing Platform. As a key member of the
GRS senior architecture team, this Architect will work across a
broad set of business and technology stakeholders to formulate
strategies with a specific focus on architecture modernization,
business enablement, application rationalization & simplification,
reuse, and cost optimization. You will create the conceptual,
logical, and physical architectures necessary moving from strategy
to execution of multiple products including Majesco along with
various modernizations of critical capabilities aligned to our GRS
North Star Architecture vision. We are seeking an experienced
architect to drive end-to-end enterprise level architecture for our
complex, global business. In this role, you will work across global
product teams and segments to architect solutions to deliver on our
business priorities and initiatives. You will work with senior
leaders across the technology and business organizations to
identify initiatives with high impact which drive the organization
forward. This role is expected to be an energetic, dynamic, and
innovative leader and influencer, acting as an avid promoter of
technology modernization and process improvement to enhance
productivity and performance of the organization. A platform
Architect is a high-level, seasoned, technical individual,
recognized as an expert both internally and externally along with
the ability to navigate and bring together global products from
multiple business segments to achieve the target Global Billing
Platform. About the role: Thought leader that will participate in
enterprise architecture discussions, drive ideation across GRS
Tech's platforms, segments, and global focus areas. Lead global
team of architects & engineers to establish the vision and execute
North Star architectures across GRS Global Billing. Develop
multi-year roadmaps and work with partner architects and product
teams to translate roadmaps into tactical engineering blueprints.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, software
engineering, data engineering and data science to define target
architectures, patterns, and automation processes. Lead, inspire,
coach and mentor the team of portfolio architects, solution
architects, and engineers while growing their leadership and
technical skills. Develop and promote enterprise architecture
principles, designs, and services and be able to differentiate
regional vs. global opportunities. Build trusting relationships
with key business stakeholders to align/influence business and IT
architecture. Influences senior leaders and all levels of business
and IT staff on all areas of the architecture, including policies,
standards, strategies, and governance. Translate company business
strategy into concrete solutions, design and execute an IT systems
architecture blueprint to support that strategy. Provide technical
leadership while developing and maintaining relationships with
Product Managers, Solution Engineers, Solutions Architects and
Segment leaders. Qualifications Advanced knowledge of agile
development methodologies as typically acquired through a
Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in technical or business discipline
or equivalent experience Minimum of 12-15 years of engineering,
programming, or architecture experience with at least 10 years of
architecture experience in applications development in a complex,
multi-platform distributed environment Extensive knowledge of all
product and system components of technical architecture In-depth
knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies;
in-depth understanding of global business and technology trends and
the financial services industry Exposure to layered solutions and
designs, diverse technical configurations, multiple technologies
and processing environments Thorough knowledge of all components of
holistic enterprise architecture Extensive knowledge of all product
and system components of technical architecture In-depth knowledge
of business operations, objectives and strategies; in-depth
understanding of global business and technology trends and the
financial services industry Demonstrated ability to quickly learn
and build expertise in diverse and emerging technologies and new
architectural concepts and principles Strong influencing and
consensus building skills, and the adaptability to respond to
change quickly Strong communications skills, both written and
verbal Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the
organization with diverse backgrounds Proven experience with agile
practices and expectations Strong desire to drive change, and
ability to adapt to change quickly Strong consulting skills
(relevant/technical); recognized as a thought leader within the
company Ability to balance the long-term "big picture" and
short-term implications of decisions Experience leveraging offshore
