Spanish and Portuguese Pricing Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Pricing Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and can work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage opportunities within assigned customer portfolio and provide pricing quotes for renewals, add-ons, and upsells
Coordinate with SMB CSM's to strategize on maximizing bookings through renewals, add-ons, and upsells
Negotiate with customers to prevent churn and secure optimal terms

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred
Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
Previous sales or negotiation experience
Ability to build rapport with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing
