Revenue Team Lead, Part-Time, Plano, TX
GENERAL SUMMARY:
As a Revenue Team Lead, you will perform all standard duties of a Retail Team Member and will provide guidance to other Retail Team Members to ensure a successful end of shift recovery for a prepared opening every day. In addition to providing excellent guest service, you will be crossed-trained to assist the Revenue Manager and/or Assistant Manager with Food & Beverage and Admissions guest service
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exemplary salesmanship and suggestive selling skills to maximize revenues.
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) system to assure revenue policies and procedures are adhered to by revenue team members and all transactions and deposits are balanced daily.
  • Communicate low inventory levels to Inventory Control Supervisor for replenishment.
  • Assure the retail store is replenished, restocked, and clean at all times. Assist with product receipt and pricing.
  • Verify the retail store is locked and secured before exiting at closing.
  • Merchandise product to maintain visual presentation standards via planograms and other guidelines.
  • Assist as needed in admissions to complete guest transactions.
  • Assist as needed in Food & Beverage to complete guest transactions.
  • Respond as needed to customer service requests, concerns, and complaints clearly communicating results to all interested parties.
  • Report issues or problems to Revenue Manager and/or Assistant Revenue Manager
  • Support the Crayola brand's educational mission to use the arts as a tool for intellectual and emotional development of children
  • Consistently meet guest satisfaction standards.
  • Achieve monthly and seasonal productivity goals as set by management
  • Maintain a clean and neat work area, complete daily cleaning duties as assigned as well as any other general housekeeping needs, including the retail space, warehouse, sales floor and register areas, identifying and reporting potential safety issues and adhere to all safety standards JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
    • High School Diploma preferred
    • Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Demonstrated ability to work with and understand cash registers and cash handling procedures
    • Safe food handler certified preferred, otherwise successfully complete training course
    • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal. PHYSICAL CONDITIONS:
