in the United States. Your Role at Raising Cane's:The Leader, Crew
Compliance is responsible for providing specialized project
management supporting policies, systems, training, standards and
other areas within the Crew Standards function. This role is tasked
with working cross-functionally within the organization to ensure
preparation to mitigate any associated risk with core and
regulatory compliance.Your Impact and Responsibilities:--- Drafts
Crewmember policies and procedures materials and coordinates
routine reviews and rollouts --- Leads the compliance efforts for
all new state / city entries, including policies, systems, training
and accountability--- Communicates state or city-specific
configuration requirements for each new state/city entry---
Oversees user acceptance testing on all system configurations
(HotSchedules, Aloha, Harri, Workday, etc.) to ensure all systems'
settings and documents (including Onboarding) are in compliance
with federal, state and local laws--- Partners cross-functionally
to deploy new technology, processes, and materials with appropriate
training and communication--- Creates annual state-specific
training and communication calendar and leads bi-weekly stakeholder
meetings--- Identifies Restaurant training needed, partners with
the training team to create and update materials, and delivers ad
hoc training content for targeted groups--- Manages the completion
of onboarding documents, annual compliance training and routine
document distributions (Handbook, Crew Standards & Policies, State
Supplements, PSST Policies, etc.)--- Partners with compliance team
ensuring Restaurant Performance Standard assessments are up to date
and reviews assessment results to determine areas of opportunity---
Oversees the background check and audit functions --- Supports the
legal team with responding to government agency claims and manages
annual required compliance filings Requirements for Success:--- 7+
years of leadership experience in a fast-paced human resources,
project management, restaurant or similar environment--- Able to
handle highly confidential information and maintain strict
confidentiality--- Exceptional people and interpersonal skills ---
Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
that may be constantly changing--- Self-driven, flexible, and
highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal
communication skills--- Able to work effectively and efficiently
both independently and collaboratively--- Proficiency with
Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word---
