Job Description:
As Citizen Developer you will build applications using-approved
no-code or low-code platforms to solve business problems. You will
seek out opportunities for using technology to make your
organization's work easier and more efficient. You are creative and
passionate about improving working practices and processes by using
the latest Low-Code technology with drag-and-drop interfaces
bringing ideas to life in low-code and no-code platforms developing
apps to solve business problems and remove friction from manual
process. You will be part of a team leveraging growth by refining
technology-centric customer and client experiences that put users
first, providing an unparalleled experience.
As a Citizen Developer you will join the Service Product domain and
focus on the product onboarding experience. You will be responsible
for evolving the Acquiring, Platform and Rails onboarding engines
and driving the current core and future integration strategy.
You understand the payments industry landscape (consumers,
merchants, acquirers, networks, issuers, etc.), payment types &
methods (credit card, debit card, ACH, new alternatives, etc.),
AML/KYC standards, design thinking (client journey, UX), consumer &
merchant payment channels (ecommerce, POS, etc.) and industry
business models.
Finally, you are a highly organized and self-motivated individual
who designs customer-obsessed products, manages a product release
plan, flexibly adapts to internal & market forces, and has superior
influencing / relationship management skills.
Job responsibilities
Collaborate with business users, citizen developers, product
managers, end users, developers, and other stakeholders to suggest,
analyze, and design and build applications leveraging low-code
software
Outline the workflow's requirements and construct the requirements
into logical steps with a flowchart using the appropriate platform,
automate the steps and Co-relate the steps with the initial
requirements
Work on enhancement of Web design and application development.
Work on data workflows, decisions, triggers and initializers.
Work on debugging the defects.
Responsible for deployment of code to higher environments.
Ensure that all end-users specific requirements are met when the
app goes live.
Test any changes you make to applications and ensure firm-wide
controls and governance are followed through the delivery
lifecycle
Actively participate in Community of Practice and commitment to
completing the required training within specified time
constraints

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate
on escalated issues, follow up with users/owners on
deliverables.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review and assess
reports/data.
Ability to work independently, efficiently manage time and multiple
activities, and execute responsibilities with limited direct
supervision.
Detail-oriented, focused, and strong organizational skills
required.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Angular/JSON/Java Script(or any scripting
language)
Worked on enhancements of Web design and development, application
development using Unqork or any low-code tool.
Implemented plugins for API calls and processed the date received
as per requirements.
Knowledge of use of dynamic grids.
Good knowledge of Microservices.
