Overview:Our Administrators are passionate individuals who think outside the box, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and push the envelope to support all daily operations. They responsible for new hire orientation, hiring and performance assessments of all treatment center staff, except our BCBAs. To ensure our clients schedules are being forecasted appropriately our Assistant Operations Administrators will block the schedules out a month in advance for our staff and clients. Due to our individualized 1:1 center-based services the staffing element of this role is extremely critical to ensure we have appropriate staff to be paired with our clients.At BI we pride ourselves for always putting our clients first and want ABA advocates who will ensure our kiddos and families are receiving quality services. You will greet everyone who enters the center and communicate with staff and parents routinely, regarding schedules and client's changing needs. You will ensure the treatment center programs and clinical services are following HIPAA compliance, including state and national standards. The Administrators work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the evaluation and development of existing and new therapy services.
