Claims Representative - Plano, TX


Agility 360 is searching for a Claims Representative for an IN OFFICE (Plano, TX) CONTRACT TO HIRE role with a growing client! The Claims Representative will be tasked with a variety of duties such as answering calls/emails, paying attention to detail on reports, and input data into the system, all while being able to multitask.


Job Duties


--- Make and answer phone calls with customers, agents, and repair facilities.

--- Ensure needed documents are in order.

--- Process email, handle files, and input entries in the system .

--- Help with pending claims, sending regulatory letters and issuing payments

--- Review all required documentation including security agreements, histories, evaluations, notes, and statements.

--- Prepare and submits reports as required

--- Delivers an outstanding customer service experience to all internal, external, current, and prospective nationwide customers

--- Additional duties as required.


Qualifications / Skills


--- High school diploma or equivalent, required

--- Customer Service experience, required

--- Experience with billing or finances, required

--- Adjuster license not required, but licensing or prior claims experience is preferred

--- Proven Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience

--- Strong communication etiquette (verbal and written)

--- Competent in organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization, while maintaining confidentiality.

--- Detail oriented with attention to accuracy

--- Hourly Pay Rate: $16-$19/hr (based on experience)
