If so, our client is hiring a Digital Products Specialist!What You'll Do: -

• Content development and publication for monthly DPS newsletters
• Support DPS Culture Champions events
• Manage DPS .com page.
• Support Chief of Staff and partner with S&T Communications Director on creating annual communications, engagement plan agenda also drive Org Health initiatives and support in updating team onboarding materials.
• Agenda curation, -content development and -event execution for DPS Town Halls
• Draft, manage approval process, and distribute Program announcements at DPS LT level.
• Story mine and share stories with S&T comms for broader feature across the function.
• Write, edit, and produce additional content for external and internal audiences, as needed (e.g., articles, internal memos/emails, DPS HR-related initiatives, drafting social media posts for senior leader)
• Close partnership with Cos and Internal Comms team -What You Bring: -
  • 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent.
  • 1 year of progressive knowledge of internal communications strategies and planning, internal communications product development across various media methods, relationship management, and project management
  • Proven writing and editing skills, design, layout skills and creative experience necessary to address targeted messages to an internal audience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, Contact Monkey (or similar) and content management systems -Position Type: ContractGet in Touch: We want to hear from you!
