The Position Job Title Job Description SUMMARYThis position is responsible for the development and administration of the bank's fraud risk management program. In this role, you will provide support for the development, implementation and documentation of fraud prevention strategies. This position will work closely with key stakeholders to help balance risk appetite for fraud losses and impact on positive customer experience.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

• Assist in the development and implementation of the enterprise-wide Fraud Risk Management Program
• Oversee and analyze fraud risk reporting
• Lead the quarterly Fraud Risk Working Group (FRWG)
• Work with stakeholders to confirm existing fraud controls and identify new fraud controls or fraud trends
• Perform testing of fraud controls
• Develop and monitor fraud controls through KRIs and KPIs
• Assist with monitoring of industry trendsADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES
  • Completes all required compliance training on a yearly basis.
  • Adherence to all First United Policies and Procedures.

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of banking experience is required.
    • Fraud experience in a Financial Institution is preferred.
    • CFE, CAFP other risk certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within 12-18 months of hiring.TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
      • Must have strong written communication skills.
      • Ability to perform advanced tasks in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
