order fulfillment, customer support, inside sales, financial
services, marketing and many others. What you'll doThe Call Center
Representative will respond to high volume of inbound leads
inquiries in a timely manner, assist prospective and existing
customers with their needs, handle complex situations and find
solutions to customer concerns. Effectively solve customer issues,
complaints and inquiries by keeping customer satisfaction at the
core. Ideal candidates for this position will possess exceptional
interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills.Process all
customer service tickets.Assist callers with product and billing
questions.Resolve customer complaints. Seeking to create a win/win
for the company and customer.Handle customer questions.Opens and
maintains customer accountsEnsure customer information is accurate
and updated in CRM.Creates and maintains computer files and
suspense for follow-up action.Provides advisory support and
assistance to the department supervisor as needed.Attracts
potential customers by answering product and service questions;
suggesting information about other products and services.Provides
administrative assistance and support.Processes customer
orders/changes/returns according to established department policies
and procedures.Provides timely feedback to the company regarding
service failures or customer concerns.Partners with the sales team
to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.Continuously
evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements
that positively impact the customer's experience.Contributes to
team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.What you'll
needMinimum 1- 2 years of experience in customer support role.High
School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equal years of
experienceBasic computer skills, create and maintain computer
files, navigate through Google, and run different chat
rooms.Familiarity with contact center software (Five9) or 1-3
month's related experience and/or training in call center
setting.HoursAvailable to work anytime during our business
hours:Monday through Friday 7am-9pmSaturday and Sunday 8am-5pmMay
