Job Description:

Primary Functions

• Analyzes workload automation job and data requirements and provides related solution modeling and implementation.
• Reviews proposed solution plans.
• Evaluates solution design, upgrade and implementation approaches.
• Conducts hardware/software comparative evaluations.
• Technical solution trouble shooter.
• Acts as consultant in studying and recommending actions on a wide variety of technical areas in regard to workload automation, providing guidance to customer management.
• Communicates current innovations and trends in workload management solutions.
• Technical consultant and reference source.
• Evaluate and audit computer center and systems operations.
• Ability to implement or upgrade workload solution.
• Ability to script or code quick implementation or upgrade solutions Technical Skills
  • Understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts and practice
  • Experience with Perl, Python and other languages
  • Bachelor's and 2+ years' experience with Unix/Linux
  • Firm understanding in Workload Automation DE Scheduling command line utilities
  • Ability to utilize WLA DE CLI's to create scripts to perform scheduling changes and migrations on demand or at scheduled times
  • Familiarity with Workload Automation DE API
    
    Requirements
    
    A senior consultant will have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT or equivalent. Minimum Education: bachelor's degree. 8+ years' experience in workload automation DE solution.

    Compensation and Benefits
    
    The annual base salary range for this position is $63,000 - $105,000.
    
    This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
