Job Description:

looking for a Supply Chain Sales Associate to assist and support
the business development and sales efforts of the Group Purchasing
Organization (GPO) offering to a prescribed target audience. This
is an exciting onsite role at our beautiful corporate offices

parking, and a great company culture.The Sales Associate will be
responsible for following up with identified and approved targeted
facilities for the primary purposes of obtaining the necessary data
and reports to facilitate a complimentary cost savings. Regular
follow-up with verbal and written communication as well as the
documented tracking of activities associated with obtaining data
from targeted facilities is instrumental for the success of this
role. This position will eventually be assigned a target group of
facilities to make initial contact and work through the sales cycle
with them. RequirementsBachelor degree in Business or related field
or equivalent combination of education and experience.One to two
years of consultative sales experience in the health care industry
and/or similar experience required, with a work record that
demonstrates:
- The ability to interact with senior leadership to sell the
Supply Trust complimentary cost analysis offering
- Working knowledge of hospital operations and GPO offering
- Knowledge/experience in the supply chain, healthcare materials
management and group purchasing operations preferred
- Recent experience with Salesforce preferred
- Physical mobility to travel up to 30% of time Major
Responsibilities
- Research, follow-up and further develop lists of potential
customers for Supply Trust with direction from the Vice President,
Supply Chain Operations and GPO Implementation
- GPO Access Contracts
- Enter & save executed agreement and supporting documents in
Salesforce i.e. NDA, GPO termination letter, RX license, DEA,
financials and general maintenance/updating of corresponding
fields
- Distribute executed agreement internally to facilitate CHC
account number assignment
- Utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for
respective audience
- Implement the sales plan by delivering proficient sales
presentations to defined list of current and prospective
customers
- Update selling materials as required
- Maintain Salesforce for identified fields/sections within
account records
- Research, follow-up and further develop lists of potential
customers in conjunction with Vice President, Supply Chain
Operations and GPO Implementation and Vice President of Business
Development for Supply Trust.
- Follow-up on identified and targeted leads and document
progress of collecting data and other relevant business development
information in Salesforce, excel or other approved communication
tools.
- Develop tools and dashboards within Salesforce that provide the
ability track and report status of sales activity on a weekly and
on demand basis
- Coordinate account transition from sales to Supply Trust
- Conduct regular sales calls and written communication to
advance relationships and follow up on leads
- Interact with facility management personnel to gather
appropriate spend data, identify and define ways to overcome
barriers within the process.
- Respond to potential customers' inquiries and follows through
using both written and verbal approaches.
- Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with facility after VP of Business Development has
sent templates with required data elements for complimentary
pharmacy and medsurg usage reports until acceptable data has been
received
- Coordinate/schedule webinars with facility and Supply Trust to
present cost analysis results
- Own the contract renewal process which includes tracking
renewal dates, obtaining amendments and coordinating execution with
account managers
- Perform related duties as assigned General DutiesExhibit
